Kent State of Wellness guidelines are based on a daily average of no more than 2,000 cal and no more than 2,000 mg of sodium. Ideals for each meal are:

  • 500 calories or less*
  • 400mg of sodium or less*
  • Serving of vegetable (not including corn or potato)
  • Made with whole grains (if applicable)
  • Made without trans fats
  • *Calories and sodium may fluctuate to accommodate various healthy menu selections, provided the daily average remains in the total recommended
